Your Heartstead account will be deleted from use immediately. Your profile, matches, chats and photo access will become unavailable.

Stored profile, photos and conversation data remains until administrative removal, subject to safety retention. Your separate users.life account stays active.

You can request deletion without reinstalling the app. Use the contact form with your account email and state that you want your Heartstead account and data deleted. Support may verify account ownership.
